Some simple questions:

What are your plans to show that the 40% membership increase in the past 2 years is inadequate? To state the club needs to change is to look at success and call it failure.

Will you, with Andrew's team, promise more?
What programs will be discontinued?
I have asked these questions before, without response. I no longer expect one.

You suggested your staff, which everyone would logical presume is loyal to 928srus will administrate the 928 OC. Do you really think *any* other vendor will have anything to do with the 928 OC if that is the case? I did send you an email from another 928 vendor who had great concerns about a vendor being on the board, never mind administrating the club.

If you or Andrew had *any* idea of the day to day functions of the club it would be different, but you are simply criticizing that which you do not know, and most importantly that which by any standard is successful having grown by 40% in 2 years.

While you may want to ignore it, if someone says they are going to continue on the path of 40% improvement in 2 years, you should listen to them. Particularly when the alternative is someone who has not invested a minute of time in the 928 OC day to day functions.

Stan, with all due respect...every time you post it just gets worse. Just let people make up their mines from what has already been posted. It REALLY looks bad FOR the CLUB when a sitting president stirs the pot like this.

Dean, old buddy, and also with all due respect to you, every time Stan posts about what is actually going on in this campaign it is bringing to the membership the facts about what the club is and what it has been doing for the membership and pointing out the fact that there is no shown need for the CHANGE so hopefully touted by the Andrew Olson camp, or whoever the camp actually is, since I think it is pretty clear at this point that Andrew Olson does not have a camp, but rather some kind of camp has him.

For the sitting president to be posting the truth about what is going on is nothing more than his duty to the current membership to keep them informed of the truth; and I think he has done nothing more than that. For you to suggest otherwise is nothing more than an expression of your lack of insight into what this is actually all about.

This campaign is actually about the entire future of the 928 Owners Club and whether it will continue as a membership organization as it is now or will it become something else run in an entirely different manner and for entirely different purposes, and probably by an entirely different faction than we really have any insight to at this point.

Andrew has a total lack of experience in the running of this Club, he apparently has no transition team, and he has no time to do what either taking over or running what we have will take. However he has volunteers who are going to do this for him in some undisclosed manner. Do you have any real idea what that translates to? Whoever his volunteers are are the ones behind the campaign and are the ones who will be running the club if he/they win the election.

What I think it boils down to is we don't really know who it is that will be running, or maybe even owning, the Owners Club if Andrew Olson is elected.

Since I never gave permission to Stan to ever send any email I have sent to him to anyone else, I guess this gets me off the hook of this interesting disclosure...but...

Now I am curious and wonder what Vendor gave permission for Stan as an OC Officer(or even an an individual) to send any private correspondence of their's to any another person, much less another Vendor?

This just gets weirder and weirder and makes no sense....but I am just a "dreamer" who "crawled out from under a rock"...WTF do I know.

The email had nothing to do with you Dave, it was another vendor, who happens to be a member, that was displeased to see so much vendor involvement. I suspect I could get his permission to post here.

Quite delusional Dave. Just keep making up stuff, and maybe you will fall on a fact by accident. This is so far out there, that there is nothing in it the relates to reality.

You may be new here, but I do know the name. I do apologize that you think my posts make it worse. I don't agree, as unfounded attacks when not defended make many people think worse of the person who was attacked.

Just look at Lance Armstrong for example, no scientific evidence he cheated, and only people with an axe to grind against him, yet because after so many years he says he is done, many people presume he is guilty. (I don't know one way or the other).

I have already read Jerry's post, and it is quite accurate. I just want the members who value what the 928 OC *is* to be aware that Andrew has not laid out any plans, or intents, to continue it as so.

Honestly, I think all this conversation, and the methodology employed by Andrew's support team is quite telling. The atmosphere has changed drastically in the past 2 weeks, why? Because Andrew's support team has come over and made many false statements about the 928 OC without Andrew specifying what HE WILL OR WILL NOT ACTUALLY DO.
