ha ha good point, but you should at least start a car profile and record all your work and pictures there. that should be at least 40 post.
I love to read what others are doing and check out their pics of all the cool stuff that I wish I could do or afford.

I hang out on RL as much as here but its still hard to get to know everyone through posting.
Some day I may make it to a few of the events as long as everyone does not hate me by then. :cool:

There are around 10600 posts total on the forums (totals on the front page) - of which just over 5000 are made by three people - Brad, James and Stan.

That means if there are say 400 registered members on the forums, then the average member has something like 14 posts.

If Brad thinks someone needs 50 posts to achieve credibility.. that probably limits it to something like 15 people out of the total membership

I along with one other member nominated Andrew for the position of President.
Why? - Because the club needs to change and change significantly. It cannot continue under the present style of leadership if it wants to grow in a positive way. From all the posts I read on Rennlist and the OC people (members and nonmembers) are screaming for change - read the posts!!!
I have nothing against James personally and consider him a friend - however Stan's plan of moving forward with more of the same is not what I want from the club as a member. Listen to what James is saying and not what Stan is implying to get a better perspective of James stance.
I made a statement about having staff who could help out if the club was in trouble and those words were "spun" by Stan to mean something else. I will repeat what I said to the Board - "I will not stand by idle and watch the OC suffer If I can help in any way". I do not see that being an issue as we have a lot of members that are passionate about the OC and my help would not be needed.
I would prefer to not be a Trustee of the club and see more benefit in others being in that position. New blood like Barbara or clever people like Wally or an International voice like Malcolm. So please vote for them and not for me (if anyone ever considered that).
