Welcome to the club! For lovers of the S you certainly got THE BEST OF THE BEST there and low miles to boot! Well done!
Good luck w/ the leather around the vents... Not easy to REALLY fix it though I have often thought about a vent with a large bezel on it just to help cover up the nastiness too!

The wrenches in my 85 are as follows from top down.
17mm - 19mm
14mm - 15mm
12mm - 13mm
10mm - 11mm
8mm - 9mm
Other tools in the panel
Tow Hook
Phillips screw driver extension with yellow handle
Slotted screw driver extension
Long Phillips screw driver extension
Pliers
Spark plug wrench
Spark plug wrench handle.
Welcome to the club.
Just a thought on the seat belt. Did you try to slowly pull the seat belt? Sometimes if you try to pull it quickly it just locks. I know my back seat SBs need to be slowly pulled at first to get them moving.

Thanks to all for your help. Joining this site has been very rewarding. I have not seen a 928 in my area in over 10 years. It is great that you have formed such a community with so many helpful people to promote the life and passion of these great cars.

Martin and Rick,
Your idea worked like a charm. A combination of both did the deed.Rear seat belts freed up in minutes.
Brilliant
