Update, Rich rebuilt ECU and MAF, put them in and pulled every relay and fuse and shot contact cleaner in each slot, one at a time.  Car ran fine for three weeks.  So started to work on the AC system, hot wire clutch and it worked, was able to charge the system.  Then kept trouble shooting the system, Kevin in Atlanta gave me the checks for connections compressor to control. My #9 pin wire from low pressure switch(LPS) is bad (broken in harness?) but I have power to the LPS so I put a relay under the starter post to get high power to the clutch. This now checks good but after this work the car would not start!  Will run on starter fluid so pulled the ECU and Rich just checked it and tested it in his 87 and it’s good.  Jumped fuel pump relay can hear the pump running, so while trying to check the AC wiring I must have bumped some thing to cause this.  All grounds have been cleaned and tightened.  Suggestions?  Will get ECU back in a few days.
Dan . AC clutch relay.

Did your 14 pin connector come undone at any point?

No it is zip tied to its post. I did open it when I needed to move it to get my new relay in and check the wires at the #9 pin. I cleaned out the corrosion (minimal) and sprayed it with contact cleaner put it back in the clip and went ahead and added a zip tie to it. The car still would not start so I pulled the ECU for Rich to test.

Just checking in case any wires in the 14 pin connector had gotten inadvertently moved.

After you deoxited the fuse panel, did you put any additional relays where there hadn’t been before?

The 14 pin connector was intact and I removed each relay one at a time and used the contact cleaner also each fuse one at a time.  The only relay I have added is the one for the compressor clutch.

So, if you jumper the relay for your fuel pump, the engine starts and runs?
It sounds as if your "new" relay coincidentally got old and quit working far ahead of it's projected failure schedule.
What happens if you replace the fuel pump relay with a different relay?
