24lb injectors in a S4? was created by the flying scotsman
Ive been imformed that the 19lb injectors are NLA but 24lb injectors are available.....any issues using the larger units?

Malcolm, I do not see an issue with the larger injectors except the A/F ratio will need to be re-mapped with a Shark/T.
IMO the 19 lb injectors run close to max duty when called to do so.
I believe that the 24 lb 4 hole injectors are a good choice.
I also believe that the Ford 4 hole pintal spray pattern is a better choice.
The beyatch will be they are bigger and I would think that you need to let your LH know. So Sharktune and it should be fine.

In this thread you gots some new injectors or were they stock?

I did buy new 4 hole Ford injectors for my car Brad.....they're in there now

this is the car you saw at my place that the owner bought redond Ford 19lbs for and it now runs with a very bad vibe. the decisoin made was to inspect the injectors and one fell apart when bing removed and the pintle dropped down the intake.
Now the thought is to remove the intake, remove the fallen pintle, inspect all for any issues and rebuild with new injectors but the issue now is finding new 19lb units.
