It certainly isn't a power supply issue at the central electric board because if that were so, then neither signal would work. Since you found no voltage on the plug terminals, the most likely scenario is either a fault with one of the wires itself or a short. Your switch is obviously doing its job correctly since the front marker is working.

A high ohm value would further support my suspicion of a short. What was your reading?

Check fuse #33 again...

I had forgotten that each individual signal is fuse protected. Are you certain that its good?

I want to thank all for the input, it all came down to poor conection at the fuse. Working great now. Now on to the wipers.
