I would not risk it. (the starter thing, its back yard, opps f78ked it)
Go to your local cheep tool place and buy a 2 foot flat screw driver.
Set it behind one roller at a time and give the screw driver a twist. It should move each side a little bit at a time. don't force it or it will bind.

Don't even want to know what the starter thing is. Besides, the flywheel lock is on. I'll go looking at mini pry bars tomorrow and see if I can find something to get behind it,
