If you are chasing any kind of a cooling problem, keep in mind the radiator cap can have a sealing issue and might need replacement.

true Stan. Theres an expensive tool to test the cap and also the coolant sytem that identifies where a suspected issue may be.

Cooling system leak detector kit is what Malcolm is talking about.

You can get a KD one but I do not know if it has the correct adaptor

I got my kit from NAPA and yes it fits the cap and tank on the 928 perfectly :)

Come to think of it Malcolm, I need to pick 1 up. I just had the old pump and cap in 1 piece and long wore out. Time to buy a new one.
