I am not sure we have the value in the membership to provide and financial incentive. About half the annual membership goes back to the members for the sign-up/renewal memento, the rest of the money is used to support events.

Participation varies...

Perhaps if James was willing, we could track the number of members sponsored/attracted/paid for by existing members, and have some type of rewards/prize on annual basis. I would need to put it to the board for a vote, so we would need to get more details first. Would that be incentive enough?
