BTW, just a note...WHY are we getting so many new Canadian members to the OC of late? Just curious what is going on up there in the great white north. Ever since I have taken over it seems there have been a disproportionately large number of Canadians joining. I mean there are not that many of you guys and VERY, VERY few 928's up there but it sure has seemed like I have sent welcome packets to a lot of folks in the great white north!

Love Vermont . Their maple syrop is almost as good as ours. Love the south to. Dad has had a house there for 30 yrs.(Lake Placid Fla.) tough to get use to the accent at first.
