Congratulations to the winners of this election. I have some ideas about how I might be able to help the Club with healing and with going foreward in a positive way. When the dust settles and y'all get seated I am sure you will be hearing from me.

If you want some suggestions, I can provide them, or you may prefer to talk with James. Two ideas I have:
1. An event informer. Someone to "chase" event organizers to post their events in the Calendar ( forums.928oc.org/vbulletin/calendar.php ) , and perhaps also in the event discussion forum ( forums.928oc.org/vbulletin/forumdisplay.php?f=12 ).
2. A member mentor coordinator. Someone to assist new members in finding their way to the different offerings we have, events, roadside assistance forum, technical discussion forum, etc.

There are many other ways you could help, and perhaps you have a certain way you would like to help. For the most part, the best way you can help, is identifying a task or tasks that you are willing to carry forward on your own with direction from the president.

I have been in contact with James, to ensure he knew I would be happy to step away if he thought that best, but if not I would like to continue to develop the member services that the recent survey indicated are appreciated by the members. We do have other services in mind as well
