Good morning Porsche fans,
I recently purchased a 1991 928GT 5 speed with 34000 miles. It is a very fine example.
I am a former Porsche service technician in St. Louis Missouri. I left the business in 1988 to pursue a job in sales. In 1999 I purchased a 1986 911 Turbo. It was a great car. I sold it while going through a divorce. I missed my toy and was more than annoyed as I watched the 911 turbo prices go through the roof. I justified the purchase of my 928 as an investment. Prices are rising but still fairly depressed. The later models in particular the GTS are increasing in price as well as the GT's. But first and foremost I love the car. I think they have gotten a bad rap and are under appreciated. Looking forward to making some new friends.
