Hi,to all out there in 928,land,bad news for me,just had my transaxle serviced,it's on it's way out.The transmission guy,told me,it would last for ages,if it's parked up an driven on wkends,otherwise,it's not gunna last long.So i've been told a recon is going to cost me $5g Australian,l checked for prices new,there seems to be 2 sorts,and 1 is unavailible,the other is $7.5g American,just over $10 Aust.So i'm thinking of buying all thats needed in parts,an reconditionin it myself.l reconned a V6 mk4 Zepher,40yr ago,knowin nothin about it,turned out ok,so,what i'm wondering is,has anyone out there,done this,an how hard was it,reckon if l lay it all out,piece by piece,then slowly put it back together,l should be right.ANY ADVICE,PLEASE/THANX
