Hi Everyone. Love the website, still learning to navigate around it a little bit. My story is I bought a silver 1982 928, from a dear old friend that was to old to drive anymore. $1000. It was beat on inside, sunroof leaking... but ran. More on that one later. Fell in love with it so bad that I started looking for a nicer one. figured I'd keep the silver 82 for parts. Found an 81, w 51K, being sold by original owner. It was way way way more than I wanted to spend. Then I remembered what my 85 year old dad had said to me every time I found a 1950 Packard for him to buy... (he loved them, his dad had a new one when he was a kid)... he said " I'm to old now ".

Well I decided not to make the same mistake. I bought the tan 81 928. OMG...this owner was a dentist and this was his baby. The money he spent on maintenance !!!! I have every record and the original window sticker. Anyway I'll tell you more about that later. My trouble is when I first was looking at this website w my iphone I swear I thought I saw something about a place that specialized in interior work for 928s....darned if I can find it. If I'm overlooking something please let me know.... could sure use some help...

Nice to meet you all, if there is anything I can do to help out, let me know.

I got a mostly complete leather interior from Classic9 (by way of a 3rd party). Robert Budd was very helpful when I had questions. Was put in locally where I live and fit just fine.He will put it in as well if you send the car there.

I would start with them.
