New Owner in Ontario

Hi Everyone,
I recently purchased a 1988 928 S4 as a project to be a good driver. It runs fine and body and undercarriage are solid, but I have the radiator out because of leak at the seam at core to side tank. Will be replacing it along with all rubber hoses and lines. I joined mainly to take advantage of the forum and tech tips as I concider the lessons learned there by club members to be expert information. I look forward to having it operational in the fall or next spring where it may be possible to meet with other local club members and attend events. I am also having difficulty finding information on the RS4 markings on the back of the car and RS on the front fenders.The VIN shows it to be an S4. There is also a different exhaust configuration, coming out on both sides of the license plate mount as compared to pictures I viewed on line.

Looks like you have a custom dual exhaust. No RS version in any 928, decals must have been added by the PO.

Hi Adam,

I am just down the QEW past Niagara Falls.I noticed the shark meet in events when I signed on. I have a demanding work schedule right now and may be in northern Alberta for 3 or 4 months so likely won't be able to attend, unfortunately. I look forward to be in attendance for future events and appreciate you response to my post.
