Hi all,
good to see such a forum/register
I have included some pics of my 1979 model complete restoration... some of you might be a little disappointed as it isn't 100 percent original anymore, I added a few mod cons, hopefully I haven't broken any Porsche codes

Hi and welcome! Beautiful car!
There aren't many of us with the earlier models, so it's good to see your car!
I'm not sure that there are any rules, at least in my book. We all seem to make our own choices as to what our cars should be.
I'd love to read about what you did and the challenges. I'm sure there at lots of learning experiences to be shared.
Why don't you start a new car profile thread?
Again, welcome!
Joe

Very nice - I especially like the interior colour and contrasting piping.
It looks like you replaced some of the gauges in the main dash cluster. More details would be interesting to hear...
I assume you know about Jim Doerr and 928 Classics ( 928classics.com/# )?
