Well, to recap,
what I really did not need ... to buy...
$2800 on audio.
extra set of rims, (I love them and thanks Malcolm)(I did needed a spare)
the $4000 Electromotive TEC GT Engine Management System
$700 200 amp alternator
$500 for a 930 steering wheel $100 was shipping.
$259 +shipping & tax for billet aluminum fuel rails (but I needed the fuel lines)
I think everything else was necessary maintenance.

Good luck with the sale Malcolm. Your list of improvements reads like the menu for the next five years with my '88 S4. I did briefly think of buying yours to get ahead five years, but then where's the fun in that?
