1989 928 S4 Disc Backing Plates

Hi Guys,

Does anyone know where i can source front disc backing plates for my 928 s4?

Struggling to find anything thats not Porsche full price

I got a pair from ebay for less than half the cost of a new one, just gotta be patient.

Thanks for the reply, patience is not something im blessed with! i have only owned it 7 days and already stripped the suspension and rebuilt. Interior out, just starting prep on the body.

I have the backing plates for the 1982 928S. I do not know if they are the same fit for your 89

Good question, they certainly look very similar when you look at the parts diagram, how much do you want for them?

I was hoping someone would be in need of the entire assembly (Rotor caliper hub and all;) but anyway I will dismantle all and sundry and let you have the backing plates for $30. Please do not let me do all this until you are absolutely sure what I have will fit your car.
