No tail or Brake lights

Iv checked fuses and relays and fuse #4 brake/cruse fuse is good but are the tail lights through the big 23-24 relay.

I would need to look but though only head and fog use the relays, tail/stop do not pull enough amps to require a relay, could be bulb control unit located above ezk /lh attatched to parcel shelf on right side, check connection there.

So know I know that the module on the Map/parcel tray is for the Brake/tail lights.
