momo shifter was created by john a. volak
does anyone have a momo shifter on there 928? i,m trying to get console out but can,t disconnect shifter. please help. thanks, john

Is this a 5spd or auto car? I have one of the MOMO auto shifters on my race car but I have NO IDEA how it was attached or how to detach it... sorry I can't help you...I thought the lower part of the handle was a collar that screwed on and had the attachment bolts hidden behind it...but I am not sure.

I have a Momo shifter installed in my '88 auto, works very well.

Instructions are in the WSM and also search on Rennlist........theres full details.

If unsucessful let us know.

you were right, the bottom unscrews and shows 3 bolts and shifter pulls off. thanks so much. john
