Wheel and Tire Sizing

Hi, in process of rebuilding an '82 
any advice/experience appreciated on maximum width wheel/tire combo for front and back setup and amount of offset for aftermarket wheels,

This is the best research regarding wheels and tires sizes for the Porsche 928 that I've found.

Is your '79 factory specs, if not, what combination of wheel/tire did you accomodate

I'm still using the stock phone dial wheels with 225/50ZR16 tires.
