ignition module 1977/1978 was created by Lovepor
In the little booklet with specifications for the 928 MY 1978 it says that the ignition module ODI has 6 pins. I can only find ignition modules with 8 pins. Does anyone know about if the early 928 had a 6 pin ignition module box. Thank you

I'm not quite sure what the abbreviation ODI is.
This is the schematic of the 1978 - 1979 928 spark system
This detail zooms in on the transistor ignition unit. The connection numbers are 7, 15, 16 (to O7), 16 to spark coil, 31, 31d.
Quite often in the 928 world there is the mention of the "green wire" that should be replaced for spark issues ... that wire is the shielded cable between the Hall Effect sensor in the distributor (A and
and transistor ignition unit 7 (active signal) and 31d (ground shielding).
