Rear hatch lock

I recently purchased my 94 GTS and have discovered that the two keys work on the doors but not the hatch. Is it possible to get the lock re-keyed? It’s a very unusual key shape.

It is possible, however it depends on the capabilities of your local automotive locksmiths. I guess asking is the only way to find out.  They'll probably need to see the rear hatch lock assembly and your key.

Try this place  keys4classics.com/ .  They made me a spare set of keys for my 84 928 from photos of the originals. They work perfectly. They are in Australia so took a while but service and communication was excellent.

I don't have a link to the exact thread, but if you do some searches, it should be available.  I need to do the same thing with my '95!!, but haven't gotten to it yet.
