1981 Headlight Motor Gear Replacement

While my '81 headlight turn on (very important to pass the Texas Inspection), they do not rotate into an upright position.

I removed the motor and the bushings etc are all in excellent shape.

The culprit is the fiber gear that runs off the worm gear.  At some point before I acquired the car the worm gear chewed away several of the fiber gear teeth preventing it from rotating the headlights.  I can understand the engineering behind wanting to have a more fragile piece in the system to prevent the electrical motor from burning out when the headlights encounter resistance during rotation.  Just hope there is a fix someone care share with me.

Attaching photo of the fiber gear.

Question - are those fiber gears, or an aftermarket equivalent, available and from where?

All the best,
