Porsche 928 blaunkpunt radio mystery wire help please

hey guys i have 928 1984 with blaupunkt SQR 23 radio , removing dashboard/radio i found out one small red wire where does this wire goes to?

Have you looked at the wiring diagrams for this specific radio? If it is working then all the power, ground and speaker connections are proper.


If this document that I found on the internet is for your radio, it might be the dimmer wire that isn't required for operation.
