Just a bit of tech info on blower motors.
If they have a squeaky bushing, drill a 1/16 hole in the shaft end and with a needle tip, pump in some grease. seal it back up with a dab of silicone.

if the blower motor is /was stuck it would be a very good idea to remove it and take it apart and clean it out, use compressed air to blow out the windings, then get some elex cleaner spray and flush out both ends of the shaft bearings then blow out with compressed air .
Do the flushing a few times then get some thin oil and lubricate the bushings, it is helpful to have power supply running through a used resistor pack to run the motor prior to installing it,
this way you can test the breakaway force.
Also inspect the armature slip rings if they are worn or the brushes are worn then you may have to replace the motor
