Heat is resistance. Could have been high resistance where it plugs in, or internally. It seems to be normal for the window relay to be warm - but not that hot.

Replaced the relay, new one is warm but not hot. Seems to work just fine.:)

There you go! Also, there are some relays and fuses that are common to a lot of positions on your board. Keep some with your car somewhere....you never know! :)
