Used maybe from 928srus.com or 928intl.com
If not, then new from either of those or 928gt.com

Why not just remove it. Unless you got lucky, that feature was disabled when the car was imported.

I made one out of an extra knob I took the center out and put the center from the adj. knob it looks ok
