Both driver and passenger window fail when car is hot

I suspect a ground.
The windows roll up and down fine when the car is cool, just out of the garage.
after driving for 20 min they fail to move. park for 20 min and they will roll up.
some times the sun roof fails sooner and takes longer to operate again

So where is the common ground?

Try swapping out the window winder relay.
