Coolings Fans Run Until Hood Opened

Thats it, take it for a short rip and when I park the cooling fan runs until the hood is opened. shuts off when alarm switch is up and runs when I push it down.

Dose not run when engine is stone cold and I close the hood.

Tack and speedo quit today as well. I must have a ground issue some where.

Anyone have any ideas where I should start.

Thanks, Brad

I would advocate reviewing the grounds, they are a common problem issue.

Will do for sure, But I am finding it strange that the door locks are also acting up as it seems everything the alarm is connected to is not working correctly.

Is there a list of ground blocks/ connection points

Greg's site has some good tips: nichols.nu/cat02.htm

Roger Tyson at 928srus.com sells the Jim Morehouse CD's. They are a wealth of technical information that you will be thrilled to have. Roger is a good guy, and 928 fanatic as well. You should be able to contact him through his website, or via This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Sweet, maybe we can just start listing these kind of links for others to use on our site.
