Happy Thanksgiving Canadian 928 Ownwers

I got up at 6:30 and took care of the Turkey (the bird that is)

Cleaned and Washed it.
Buttered it and seasoned with lots of salt and pepper.
inch and a half of water in the bottom of the turkey roster
covered it with tinfoil

In the oven on convection bake at 350 and baste every 2 hours
should be done by 3:00
