87 Intake refresh + was created by the flying scotsman
Folks.....I just finished a full intake refresh on a prestine '87 S4 with only 100k kms (60k miles).
Let me know if anyone out here needs pics.....water bridge, pwr strg res etc were also done.

How long did it take and how much did it cost if I could ask Malcolm? It's on my to-do list for this winter.

Everything was replaced Martin under the Intake including the injectors, ISV, TPS etc etc.
We also replaced all gaskets, t.stat etc related to the water bridge, the pwr strg res and both hoses, took both distis off to inspect them and rotors, the tbelt for tension, tighten all acc. belts, flushed the coolant, changed the oil and filter, wheels off to inspect shox and brakes, replaced 02 sensor, reset flex plate, checked auto tranny fluid and probably some more.
I believe parts were $1900 and I spent over 40HRS doing all but everything was cleaned to new spec.
