Good morning all.

I dropped my '90 GT off yesterday for some service issues, including finding the electrical drain

I'll be interested to hear what is causing it. I have an electrical drain too that I haven't gotten to tracing yet. I wonder if there are a few typical issues that are common in most cars? I assume most electrical drains would be seen in those circuits that are live with the ignition off.

I think I have mentioned it before.

If anyone would like a step by step on how to locate thier electrical draw, I can walk them through the simple prosess.

You need a multi meter and some 6-8 foot wire so that you can see the meter while you are at the fuse panel.

It is a process of elimination by removeing fuses till you fine the fuse that removes the drain.

From there it can be tracked down.

I know it is not a difficult process, but I just don't ever seem to find the time to do it, and I do trust the shop it is at now, so hopefully it will go well...

Good afternoon! Looking forward to this weekend and perhaps figure out what is causing my high dle and then after running it a little aggressively, a low idle condition. I will be removing the decel valve and plugging it. Very strange idle from 150 or stalling to 1700.

1981 5 speed.

Oh God it is good to be home.

Deb was the first one in the garage which was not fair because I had to carry everything in.
