I know at one time 928Intl.com and 928gt.com sold the same shifter. I don't know if that is true. I think I have one of each, one in the race car and one in my '90 GT, they are a tremendous upgrade. I looked through 928motorsports.com and didn't find a shifter quickly.
At the Boston Shark Party, someone mentioned there is a new shorter shifter. I believe it was called Lizard (that is a Rennlister that fabricates quite a bit) shifter. Thanks Stan, I'llcheck it out. 928 motorsports has thier shifter under the clutch heading. I'll look for feedback on the lizard shifter and report back. I agree the difference between the oem and short shifter has to be tied to be believed.

I looked under their clutch headings and found it, it looks like the ones I have as well.

In my automatic cars I use stock.In my 5spd.cars I use my self made short shifters.
