Lots of used parts for sale here

Austin, really? You never met Mason or talked to him? I didn't mind the guy. Has a real North Eastern personality (sorry for those of you I just denigrated, but when you are from the south, like me, that is really obvious and can really rub us the wrong way) but I liked him. Lots of folks didn't.

What he tended to do was buy crappy beater cars that maybe were barely running and then part them out without really testing or even cleaning any of the parts and so while they were CHEAP, there was a reason! Frequently they didn't work! The thought it was going to be quick easy money and it was anything but that!

Nope, James. Never. I've only bought parts from 928 International and Dave Roberts. 928 Specialists has been convenient for me because of my location. I can pay cheap shipping and expect items in 2 business days. Never bought from Roger Tyson either, but I think I am about to make his business my primary vendor. I'm not in the loop on all the latest news really, but I suspect something is seriously wrong over in Spruce Pine, NC. I put in a order on 11/22/10 and still haven't seen the items and haven't yet been billed. I've tried calling and I've sent emails to no avail. I hope everything is okay. :confused:

Yea, I love Dave and Jeanie but I think Dave is really sick again and that is the problem. I am just speculating here guys...no one has said a word to me about what is going on. I just know (and it was no secret) that Dave had cancer and was being treated for it a few years ago and recently Jeanie was saying how she is trying to run all the business herself now, so all I can presume is that the C is back. I sure hope that is not it and everything is getting right with the world and life will go back to the way it was, but I fear for the worst and pray for them both daily!

I am not positive that is what is going on, but all the signs point that way I am afraid... SO, I say a prayer for them just because...
