Betsy has advised the following (note I incremented the shirt price for $2 for the 928 OC coffers to help sponsor events, etc.)

A nice, basic, solid color polo shirt like the attached with an embroidered 928OC logo on the left chest area would cost about $22 for sizes S - XL (men's or ladies' styles) from me to the Club. 2XLs and larger will add about $2 per extra size. One shirt will fit in a USPS flat rate envelope if you don't mind it being a little smashed into the envelope, then shipping/handling would add approximately $7.50 each.
With embroidery we can have one shirt done at a time, so no inventory is necessary. There are also lots of color choices, if we want to offer them, or we could just limit it to black and white, or whatever. I just need about a week to turn around an order. If you prefer to order a larger number of shirts & keep inventory on hand, then the unit price will come down a little for an order of 13+ pieces.
There are lots of other styles as well, but this is a really nice shirt that's not overly expensive, and the style suits most everyone. Let me know if you want to consider anything else. Feel free to browse through
