      New to the forum here is my new money pit 84 928s I paid $400 for it and it has a title what can go wrong I've found a 80 928 with a manual that I will be installing

Welcome!  Also glad that you'll be restoring the vehicle!  Lots to learn as one goes through working on these cars, but rewarding... especially when you start driving it!  Let us know how the restoration goes!
