Looking for an experienced indy mechanic in Washington DC/Northern VA

Hello looking for an experienced mechanic in DC/Northern VA. Any recommendations would be welcome. Had a horrible experience in MD recently on my 1986.5 and need someone new. Thx in advance for any help!

MrMerlin is in Pennsylvania, if that's not too far from you. That's who I would take my 928s to if I lived in that part of the country.

Mr.Merlin (on Rennlist, etc.) is Stan Kolen, who lives in a suburb of Philadelphia.   Does excellent work, and really KNOWS 928's.

I think there are a couple of guys who do 928 work in the northern VA area.   Contact Greg Nichols (who organizes the 928 Frenzy meets in northern VA) via the 'sticky' on the Rennlist Forum about 'The 25th Annual 928Frenzy' - he might be able to recommend one that works for you.
