TGIF Oct 8th 928 OC

Hey Hey Hey Friday is my last night shift, then I get 2 off.

OMG it has been a long 12 nights

The only good thing has been that the weather has been holding.

I have noticed that the last 2 mornings that I had to hold the throttle down or it would not start and tried to flood.
It sounds freaking mean when its clearing the extra fuel.
I am guessing that the cold start sensor is allowing to much fuel but I will not have a chance to check it till the end of shut down in a week or two. By then it will be time to put her away and start taking her apart. I wish I had a larger garage.

Vendor sent me the wrong ignition coils (they changed in 1990), so waiting for the corrects one now.

Sorry to here about that Stan, what is the difference with the coils?

are they for a 89;)

which would mean that they are used and at a discount price

I am still considering the Tec Electronics upgrade. no more distributor,
direct fire coils, new fuel and electrical harness.

hmmm I wonder if I will get it,
cause I know I want to.
