I would have to agree with Stan. It takes an awful lot to be able to deal with all the "attitudes" and "personalities" and still maintain composure and to be able to see both sides of any situation. Thanks for a thankless job guys!

Man when it rains it pours. To night I was going down stairs and fell about 5 steps from the cement. T think I tore the tendons in my knee which is not the first time that knee has been torn, son of a B.

Damn Brad! You hang in there bro! Ice the knee and rest it fully! My wife tore her ACL skiing 14-ish years ago. About 4 years later she had to have it fixed...she slipped on a gravel slope and finished it off that day... UGH!

Sorry to hear that Brad, I hope you heal quickly, it does take longer the older you get

I don't know how much of a fall you took, but any fall can be serious. Treat it as such and rest that knee.
