I drove it to work, fueled it up when I got home, hand washed it, then I went to the edge of town and pulled a 240 kph before I put it way for the night.

On the 29th I took the Shark in to a local upholsterer to finally get my "almost" full Robert Budd Blue Leather interior installed!!!! Yee-ha

I have been looking for someone for over year now. He is actually a VW restoration specialist looking to start his own business. He has his work in magazines and I saw a lot of his other pics in a portfolio. I am REALLY excited. Will let you know how it turns out. He is doing everything, like pulling the dash and repairing the splits etc.
