:) I have a newly purchased 928S with 44,000 miles on it at a shop in Daytona Beach, Florida. I'd like to have the performance upgraded with a Porken chip, an '87 fuel pump, an X-pipe, and I guess I should have the MAP and other systems upgraded or recalibrated. Is there a good 928-friendly independent shop near Phila. or Doylestown that anyone's had good luck with? Thanks in advance.

Welcome! That's a pretty low mileage. Let's see some pictures please...

If you want to use this system directly, when you are making a post, add the picture file as an attachment in the field below the text entry box, then select insert, so you get something like this:

What many of us do though is to use a photo service such as Flickr or Photobucket (which are generally free for basic use) then embed a code from that service on to the page. The advantage of this is that you have your pics in one location and can use one copy for many purposes.

nuvolari,

In the Philly area, there are two very good options. Both are good, but one is closer to the Doylestown area. Contact Stan (Mr. Merlin on Rennlist 928 Forum. His e-mail is: petie3rd@netzero.net ). He does a lot of great 928 work, and has a beautiful and rare colored S4. The other is in Glen Mills, about 25 miles west of Philly. That is Earl Gillstrom. His e-mail is: captearlg@gmail.com . Earl does not do as much 928 work as he used to (retired, uses his house garage for work), but knows the cars very well.

Best wishes, and welcome aboard.
