Rendezvous 928 at PCNA HQ in Atlanta was created by GeorgeM
Join your fellow 928 fans at the Porsche Experience Center (PEC) in Atlanta, 28-30 June 2019 for a gathering while 928 #1 is on display.
Here's the plan:
FRIDAY 28 Jun
7:30AM – until Welcome social at Kimpton Overland Hotel (host hotel next to PCNA) Book directly with hotel if you want to stay there. There is no group rate.
SATURDAY 29 Jun
7:30 - 8:00 Stage cars top deck PEC
8:00AM - 1:00PM 928 display top deck group photo
8:00 - 10:00AM Coffee and pastries top deck
10:15 - 11:00 First round of complementary Technology tour (in the V8 Panamera Turbo S e-Hybrid) on PEC track.
12:00PM - 1:00 Live presentation of #1 928 by Andrew Phinney
1:00 - 3:00 Open lunch / recess
3:15 - 4:00 Second round of complementary Hybrid Panamera Tech tour laps
1:30 - 4:30 Off-site tech secession and lunch hosted by European Classics, a local 928 pro shop with spirited return drive
5:30 - 6:00 DEMO laps with a PEC professional driver. This must be reserved separately
7:30 - until 928 social dinner at restaurant 356 followed by after dinner drinks at Kimpton
SUNDAY 30 Jun
10:30 AM – 3 PM: Farewell event at Autohaus Social, featuring North 2 South Cider and a food truck for lunch

Hey George, I signed up yesterday. I believe I did everything correctly. I see the cost is $50 dollars but I didn't see anyplace to pay in advance.
Do I need to pay in advance? If so, how?

Your payment will be processed through Clubregistration.net. I can't remember if there was an option to pay now or later. You should need to have a card on file or pay with PayPal, which is what I did. If your name shows up on the roster, then you're good, if not, then check your dashboard to see if the event is listed.

Where would I find the roster you mentioned? What dashboard are you referring to? Can I just pay at the event?

The roster is on the event page on Www.clubregistration.net.
You said that you signed up. How did you do that?
The website above is the only way to sign up for the event. It should require payment method. If it dies not, I’ll have to ask Scott if he’s accepting payments on site. Click on the link above in my original post that says register HERE and it’ll take you there.
